I bought this phone for my daughter, who was very excited about getting it. Two months after purchasing it, a green line appeared at the top of the screen. I filed a complaint and the seller told me they would proceed to give me a full refund. On the same day I was going to return the phone, the top part of the screen completely stopped working. Obviously, I proceeded with the return of the product. However, the seller tells me that I will only receive 50% of the total amount because the phone arrived with more damage than reported. Do not take the risk with this seller, because if you have any problems with your phone, they will not give you the refund or warranty they offer in their advertisement. Very bad experience.

I was apprehensive about getting refurbishedphone but this came in pretty much like new. After orderinf my estimated delivery was over a week but it shipped pretty fast and arrived within 3 days. The phone itself is clean , No scratches. The phone was easy to transfer sim and all my data directly from my old iphone. Im impressed with the phones speed and picture quality. Only reason why i gave it 4 stars was because i do wish it came in a better box , the presentationof it is " you get what you paid for" but it did come with a new charger , though it was dead when it came in , it charges pretty fast. Overall great quality for the price.

I ordered an excellent condition z flip 4 from this vendor. I bought it at the price for an acceptable
condition phone, and actually received a new, probably open box, phone. With no noticeable flaws at all. I couldn't be happier. Thank you to the vendor, and if you're thinking of ordering a phone from Mobile 1, do it. I had great customer service, the phone is A+++, and the price was at least $50 less than competitors.

The phone itself is awesome but stay away from the seller chubbiestech. The first phone I got was listed as excellent condition but upon opening the box the front camera is damaged. The pictures it takes are super blurry, see second picture. So I got a replacement and the replacement which Is supposed to be excellent condition too and it has severe burn in on the screen, see first picture. I dont even want to know how long the screen was on for that to happen. I'm returning both and going with another seller. I don't like the fact this seller lied about the condition. Not happy with my purchase.
