Great product; it arrived on time without any issues. charging cable was included and the phone was in perfect condition—not a single scratch and the battery was at 100% health. Everything works fine, and I am super satisfied. Thank you, seller, and Amazon for the steal deal. Highly recommend.

Phone came in great condition lil minor paint scratch on the bottom corner of phone not noticeably unless holding close to eye , the battery reaches 100% and lasts me all day until about time for to call it a night

I received the product quickly and at first I was extremely upset because the screen was cracked… or at least I thought.. after closer inspection I found there was a screen protector on the phone .. after simply removing the screen protector and replacing it, the phone is in magnificent condition and I love it.. I don’t know if they placed the screen protector on the phone for shipping or why it was there.. but it obviously helped protect my phone for shipment.. all I can say is thanks for everything.. even the little scare I had at first.. makes laugh to think about it now lol

I've recently bought the iPhone 14 Pro, and to my surprise the condition was perfect. However, there were a few aspects that determined how many stars this review would recieved. The phone itself was in good condition, there were a few smudges on the side, but that was wiped off easily. The little film that's on top of the phone was dirty, I didn't really mind about that though. The thing that really disappointed me was the battery life. The phone is 88% battery life. I would expect more from a one year old phone, but that's average after a year, I'd expect a higher battery life and I know I wouldn't get anything better if I replaced it. Another thing I didn't like was the cheap chinese brick and cable, in 5 minutes it wouldn't even go up by 1%! If you buy this product, make sure to buy a good cable and brick as well.

In summary, the phone itself is good, the battery life however, was the only aspect that disappointed me.

It works perfectly with eSim in Costa Rica.
I will be testing it, if something happens I will comment on it.

I’m happily surprised with this phone. It arrived well packaged with zero signs of wear/use and also came with a charging cable and US market wall block. The phone itself had a screen protector from the previous owner which I’ll be keeping on and showed a battery capacity of 94%. Very easy to set up and, all in all, I’m very pleased with the price and as new condition.

I bought 2 phones in excellent condition. When they got here they both looked as though I paid for good condition. Both the sides and screen were scratched with discoloration. Really disappointed as the first phone I bought refurbished came in such excellent condition.

Other than that, it seems to be working good so far.

Was hesitant to purchase “renewed”, but happy with iPhone 14 Pro received. No immediately visible surface blemishes. Screen intact. Battery life at 85% (little put off by that). The only problem I’ve experienced is trying to talk with CSR to ask a simple question. Call ALWAYS goes to voice mail even if calling during store hours. Left THREE messages within span of 03.25.24 - 04.02.24. Still waiting for a call back.

Purchased Apple MagSafe wireless charger, and this iPhone does not respond with a charge trying to use it. Because I could not get support from seller, I missed window of opportunity to return wireless charger.

I would not recommend doing business with NetWork Store.
