Yes I was hesitant in the past to get a pair of Astro headset because of the price ($300). But after using it for about a month, I can understand it is worth saving up for. Excellent sound quality and the cushion on the earcups are nice and comfortable for long gaming sessions. Dolby Atmos in the headset is the best audio experience.

This is why buying renewed products is such a hit or missed. Unfortunately this was a miss for me on this product. When I set up the product, I did an overview of everything. On the physical side, everything seem to be fine. There were a couple scratches here and there but nothing too serious. However, when I actually plug everything in, the flaws were pretty visible. While the basestation seems to be working, the headset on the other hand, was not. No sound out of the headset at all. I've tried everything and nothing seems to be working. My suspicion is that there is an LED on the power button signaling the battery level for the headset and as soon as I pick it up from the basestation, the light turns off. There are also a lot of different lights on the basestation and from what I can see from reviews of the product, those lights are suppose to remain on even after removing the headset on the basestation. However, for me, those turn off immediately after I remove it. Overall, horrible experience and it's safe to say Amazon "renewed guarantee has the same likelihood of being true as me being president of the US in 2024.

El producto en si es un producto 5⭐️ de mas esta hablar acerca de la calidad de estos auriculares… ahora bien, deberían probar los productos antes de enviarlos porque el primero que pedí no funcionaba bien (se apagaban y encendían intermitentemente) en cuanto a la condición ambos estaban casi en estado “nuevo” y el segundo mas… excepto por un rayón en la parte inferior de la base. (Totalmente aceptable)…

Mi única queja es que al parecer no hacen ningún proceso de prueba previo al envío y ambos llegaron con 0% de batería cosa que es extremadamente mala para las baterías de litio.

Yo lo recomendaría 100% solo que tendrás que pedir y probar, para mi fueron 3 días. El primero llegó el mismo día que lo pedí, solicité el reemplazo y me lo mandaron al día siguiente sin ni siquiera haber recibido el otro de vuelta y sin costo adicional.
Personalmente pienso que es buena opción si no quieres pagar 250-300 dolares por uno nuevo. Yo estoy muy contento con mi compra. Si tengo algún problema en el futuro actualizaré mi review.

This is truly one of the best headsets in its field. Regarding to it being wireless. There is no Audi delay. The sound quality is absolutely amazing and it’s very comfortable even for someone with big ears like myself. This is one of the best headsets in the market. Please do not get a steel series over this.

I initially had high hopes for the Logitech headsets based on positive reviews, but my experience turned out to be a nightmare. Despite warnings not to update them, I plugged them in to adjust settings, and they immediately bricked.

My attempts to resolve the issue with Logitech's customer service were met with weeks of silence, followed by vague instructions that only temporarily fixed the problem. After just three days, the base stopped working altogether.

To add to my frustration, a renewed headset I purchased, with a supposedly honored warranty, turned out to be a waste of money, as the manufacturer refused to honor it. Even Amazon, where I made the purchase, provided no assistance.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed and hesitant to trust Logitech or purchase renewed products in the future. Buyer beware!
