Very good range of headset from base station (I can roam to any floor and any room of the house, or even go outside). OK sound quality. It's challenging to mute/unmute when you are away from the base station - it can be done, but don't count on being able to instantly mute or unmute.

It was a challenge reaching a support resource when I had an issue with one type of collaboration software which wouldn't work with the device. I was finally able to get through to the manufacturer's support line and got the issue resolved. The device works great now, just needed to know how to configure for non-supported software apps.

Very fragile however and charging hookup if directly under the mic arm - weird position and not easy to cradle for charging.

The return/exchange process was easy and FAST. The first one sent was clearly just a mistake or oversight. The second base and headset were in perfect condition and had all the needed parts and equipment. You can see the difference between the first item sent ( the first 4 pictures) and the exchanged item (the last 2 pictures). Thanks to the seller and Amazon for making it right!

Although it would be nice if it had included the usb cable, I have plenty of spare cables, so it didn't really matter too much.

The base was missing the micro usb port. There is a hole where the plug should be but no way to connect to it.
This is unusable for a VOIP phone without a usb port. There was no USB cable included as well.

This was also missing the front cover of the base that covers the volume and settings dials.

Overall unsatisfactory and unusable. Had to return it.
