I am so glad that I took the risk and bought this. Beyond happy with the quality of this item. It’s like I was sent a brand new iPhone, the battery life is still at 100%. I have had bad luck before with buying phons on Amazon, but spending that little extra money for a premium refurbishment was worth it.

NO WORLD UNLOCKED - ONLY FOR USA

I bought this device for a relative who would use it in Peru, according to its characteristics this item was completely unlocked. Before its purchase, I was looking for information about what kind of unlock had and I found 3 affirmative answers indicating global unlock (including my country).
When my relative tried to use it over there this cellphone was locked by its carrier in the U.S. So we contacted Amazon Support, for some information about it and they recommended solving this issue with Apple Support directly or returning it (the phone is in Peru currently).
We called Apple and after 45 minutes, they confirmed that the phone was locked by carrier but it could be used in U.S. only.
They apologized because couldn't do anything else because it was Amazon's (or its dealer's) responsibility and they would be able to apply that unlock to be used abroad.
I am expecting for the phone to return it immediately.
I think the information is not complete or incorrect because I was looking for a good reference before its purchase and here we are.
UPDATE 1: I've already returned the iphone. I am expecting for my refund.
UPDATE 2: The refund was applied. Finally, I had to go to an Apple Store to buy a new one. Currently, it is working very well and I think after this experience, it is recommended to buy a new one directly. You may waste a lot of time in the whole process.

I’m a very impulsive shopper and did some research on upgrades as I had the iPhone 11 prior to purchasing this phone. I didn’t want to pay monthly payments for a new phone with Verizon so I got this one. The phone had no scratches, scuffs or marks. I didn’t have to leave my phone to get everything switched thanks to watching a video on TikTok. If I need another phone I will definitely buy from this seller again. The battery is great and it lasts
A while and charges very fast.

Needed more storage and didn’t want to get the new iPhone model and with the massive storage I can create lots of moments with the people I love and will stay with this phone for years to come!! mines came with 94% battery still decent and whenever I have to change the battery I’ll just go to Apple Store and swap the battery out for now I’m not doing that till it gives me the message to change the battery it last a very long time upgraded from my first iPhone the iPhone SE 1st Generation that I had since 2016 and it stopped releasing iOS updates and when I could finally afford the upgrade I went with this one and I don’t regret it one bit absolutely love my iPhone ????????????????????????

Received as it was describe by Amazon. Renewed rating was spot on. This phone looks brand new. Only two small things I saw, that are merely me being picky. The ear piece could have been cleaned better and the lower speaker area could have been cleaner. Again just me being picky. Both areas cleaned up well. Phone looks and functions as it should. I would suggest only getting renewed from Amazon and not from any store that is part of the program. My last iPhone came from an outside store who clearly did not follow Amazons attention to details. Phone battery life was well below 80%, screen had numerous scratches too. The previous owners screen protector was still on the phone too. Horrible experience.
Stick with Amazon directly with your renewal and you will be happy.

What an amazing Smartphone

The battery life is so amazing on this thing. Also, it charges to 50% very quickly. The CarPlay function is very cool and entertaining (I use it a lot). Both the screen and audio are rock solid. The only real flaw of this iPhone is the touch keyboard. If you can live with it I 100% recommend this purchase. The scratch on it is so minimal it almost passes as new.
