This review is from the prospective of just received. I just received my Apple SE 44mm GPS and Cellular Watch, renewed. My first observation upon unpacking it was that I’m not sure I could have told you that it wasn’t new as opposed to renewed. To say the least it was packaged very well and had all the appearance of new. From there I went into setup, it was as easy as it gets, everything worked flawlessly. The only two things I would say about setup is, be patient while everything updates, and if you’re using the Cellular portion you might need assistance from your carrier to connect it. I have T-Mobile and it would have connected almost instantly if I was able to receive the code they sent, but I wasn’t and had to call them. Even so, it only took a very short time to make the connection. Overall, the watch has worked flawlessly since setup and to this point I couldn’t be happier.

Feels brand new and unused! Battery health was at 100% and it was completely clean and no scratches.

As for the watch experience itself I’ve never worn a smartwatch before so it has been nice for getting me active and tracking my sleep. I’ve enjoyed those insights and the convenience. My goal with getting a smart watch was to lower my screen time which it’s been successful in doing so. I can see messages/notifications on the watch and it tells me if I can ignore it for the moment or need to respond. My issue is I would always get a notification, and then check email/social media/shopping and just get stuck on my phone too often.

The watch has also warned me of loud noises which helped me use ear protection in situations I would have otherwise just ignored. It’s a neat feature and I can see myself using it for years to come.

Just buy your own charger from apple for $29.. My charger worked for about 10 minutes..

Besides that I love the watch! Be aware that your watch will drain battery fast when downloading all your apps and software update.

Expect a few days growing into your watch

Takes a few days to get to know your new watch and finding your way around it. Spending some time with the app before transitioning to the watch might make it easier. Watch itself was reconditioned and very reasonable price. Was in excellent (like new) condition, just as advertised. Messaging, various functions, etc. all work great. Want an Apple watch, definitely consider a reconditioned model.

DOESN'T WORK. PLEASE DON'T BUY! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Firstly I was supposed to get it yesterday by 8am then they kept extending the time till it 10pm. Whole day I had my grandma on alert for the package to come, after that I checked the tracking and it says sorry my order has been delayed and says it coming tomorrow (today) between 5pm-10pm. I woke and saw that it was delivered and signed by harry but nobody collected the package it was left outside my door. At this point I'm just happy it got here. There a seal on the box the watch came in so you know if it has been tampered with or anything. I broke that seal and opened the box, there the watch face, a watch band, a Apple Watch charger chord (just the chord no wall plug in part included) and then a little packet on the product and the company. I skip pass all of that and go straight to the watch. I'm here squeezing the button and the watch won't turn on and I'm like damn they sent a dead watch? like with you would think it wold be somewhat charged so they know they are sending out a good watch or one that turns on. So I put it on charge and start reading the little manual they give then I tried to turn it on again still won't budge. I go amazon ready to return and see trouble shoot settings decided to click on it and see if I could fix it before I return because I really want the Apple Watch to work and I hate the whole return process. It says I should leave it charging for at least 15minutes. I did that still nothing. I decided to google some other ways and one says left it charge foe 45-60mins then try it. Did that and nothing. I don't know if it's the charger or the watch itself that's messed up. If they had charge it even just a little bit where It could be powered on I could at least pin point where the error is but I'm not gonna waste my money buy another charger whole time its the watch itself smh. They should nt send completely dead devices regardless. Now I feel as though they just took up any watch throw it in a box and sent it to me because they were behind and just wanted to ship something. I would've rather waited and get a properly working watch than this piece of garbage smh. Will be returning. -20/10.

I had a hand-me-down Series 4. One of the WatchOS updates made the battery drain in an hour. I just wanted another watch, didn't need anything fancy and didn't want to spend too much. I think I paid the extra $10 for an "excellent" rating. I've had it on 4 hours and the battery went down 1%, which I think is great. No scratches, finish perfect, face clear. Came in a white generic box with a band and charge cable.
