I bought this refurbished for about half the price. It looked new to me and the sound is great. I’m not an audio nerd- this is perfect for the level I’m working at. Functional, good sound, easy interface. The tricky part was getting my laptop to cooperate. Hint: turn off windows ‘sound enhancements.’

My voice sounds so crisp and the mic has several configuration options to change according to what I need, and on top of that it's just plug and play! Great product, totally recommend!

Being refurbished it functions but on occasion will distort the audio and you have to unplug and replug it. That’s specific to mine only though. When it works it’s fine.

the usb plug doesn’t work. only works if you apply the post pressure pushing down on it. Just a faulty item. Like a broken charger , when you have to twist it and turn it just to get it to charge ur phone.

I ordered this microphone refurbished and it works very well. My only gripe is that it came with a little bit of cosmetic damage on the stand (picture attached). It's no big deal or anything though. I'm very happy with my purchase.
