Fully functional product, well-packaged and delivered quickly. Worth noting that I did not get as part of their package the software, user documentation or plastic sleeve included with the original. Not a problem if you are replacing a failed unit, but a consideration for a new user.

Wrong Cable and broken internal port- defective machine

Bought from Port Hole Renewed supplier. Came with a normal printer USB cable which DOES NOT WORK for this machine. Fujitsu has their own unique USB connector. That was the first issue. The second issue was the machine did not even work- I used the cable on my other machine to test this unit and the unit is defective. I looked at the port for the USB and it was loose and missing a connector on the machine so the machine also arrived defective and broken also. Two strikes.

Looking for another supplier.

Easy to set up, simple to use! We often move it from several places and it’s not an issue! Highly recommend for quick scanning! We are going from paper charts to chart less and we have been scanning like crazy with this! It’s awesome!

Scanner works. Power cord that came with it did not work and I had to order a new compatible cord to power the scanner !
