I tried a different Bluetooth speaker, but sold it because sound was not high quality. This spea knocks it out of the park, and I’m a sound snob, LOL!

This thing is amazing,sounds awesome and has lots of bass, item was refurbished but looks as if it was never used at all I'm very happy!

Right out of the box it works fine. Sounds good and has good bass. Sound is warm and comfortable even when loud, it doesn't distort. The iOS app has gimmicky features like changing colors of the light on the speaker, but it works and the EQ is fine as well.
What is bad
1. iOS bluetooth connectivity is not smooth(it works but you have to go through some jumping through hoops every time you start the app and want to connect to the speaker .
2. The moment you try and start the process to update the firmware( the update is made available every time you launch the app), update fails consistently and constantly. When it fails the bluetooth connectivity goes into a tailspin that results in cycling through processes like quitting app, powering down speaker, restarting & then failing again in an endless loop. Resetting doesn't work.
I had to send back two units, the third unit is working fine & don't plan on even attempting to update the firmware. Support hasn't been able to resolve the issue & I doubt they know what is happening.
I am content with how it functions and is doing fine without updating anything.
I never leave reviews but after going through 2 returns I thought I had to write a review.
The shipping/packaging etc all very good. Product overall ok.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME System. Sounds INCREDIBLE. The only thing is the Battery life is about 3 hrs if you using the lights and bass BUT if you don’t use those things the Battery will last. LOVE IT… I bought 2

Couldn’t believe the speaker sound quality I am super happy with purchase. The price was perfect. Weight of speaker.is not heavy the battery life has been well over acceptable!! Would have to recommend to someone looking for a system that is not overly big and highly manageable for age groups of 10years old and up.
