I was skeptical. I bought this after having the same phone for 4 years, and was nervous about buying it used. I am very happy with it, easy to activate, easy to figure out how to use. The battery is amazing, and charges fast. My only complaint is the in screen fingerprint sensor isn't as good as my old Samsung, but I can get over that since the phone is great in every other way.

The phone was in great condition. There was some small nicks on the edges, which is to be expected. The screen was perfect condition with no scratches, and I couldn't find anything else wrong with it.

This is my first experience with an Amazon Renewed device. The listing here claims it's a "Google Unlocked Pixel 7-128GB - Lemongrass - GA03943-US."

The phone's battery was completely dead on arrival and took a good 10 minutes on the charger before it would even power on. Bad omen #1.

I spent HOURS updating to Android 14 and setting the device up via USB-C from my older Pixel. Then I went to activate it and that's when the fun began. My carrier, AT&T off-shoot FirstNet, told me the device "wasn't authorized" for their network. What!? I've used Pixels for years on both AT&T and FirstNet.

I escalated to a tech support manager who repeated the same, even though I was staring at the FirstNet website showing the Pixel 7 is a fully-supported device (duh!).

Long story short, turns out this "Renewed" device is locked to T-Mobile. It's not that Pixels are unsupported (of course), but this Amazon Renewed one I just bought is carrier locked!

Returning it. All in all, this wasted about 4 hours of my time. A couple last night on the setup and 2 more on the phone with both FirstNet and AT&T reps this morning.

For the phone itself, it was in beautiful, PERFECT condition despite its renewed status. Pixel 7's face unlock is a joke and the fingerprint sensor .. well, you've probably read about that elsewhere. Still, there's something great about Pixels and I'm sorry this one won't be added to my rotation.

I researched many phones when deciding to replace the one I've had for four years. I took a chance trusting the many reviewers out there and went with this one and im so glad i did. This phone is snappy, not just because its new because i have it loaded with apps now. Its snappy because the Goigle integration makes everything run better, smoother and also has many perks other phones dont. Yes, the camera is great, but thats not the only thing thats better! The ability to edit an object directly out of a photo is one thing that does give me the wow factor though. I really like the AI integration with searches, editing, and just about everything. I just discovered a new feature that i can take a photo of a web page, (this was for one of my classes) and i can copy/ paste the entire page into my notes (im sure it would work for MS Word, etc) and its done. No more typing lengthy pages with this and im really thankful for that! I'm still discovering new things this phone does better and faster every day. Also, the new phone model is coming out soon but in this last update, i already have the new phones features and build. If Google happens to continue this trend- having to purchase a new phone with every major build update will be a thing of the past. It's about time somebody got the mobile phone right!

Very satisfied with the refurbished Google Pixel 7. My Galaxy Flip 3 got the black line of death and my screen stopped working. Needed a new phone asap and had my eye on a Pixel 7. I had a $400 budget and was very happy to find this seller on Amazon. Phone came in 2 days. Packaged securely, looks brand new. Came with a wall adapter, charging cord, sim tray opener and instructions from the seller. Follow the instructions and you shouldn't have any issues with setup. Phone was charged to 85% when I turned it on. Seamless connection to my Google Fi ESIM. The fingerprint, face recognition and Google Assistant all work properly. I swear I feel like I just got a brand new phone. Will update if I ever need to deal with customer service.

My husband bought the same item a couple months ago and is really happy with his phone so when I needed a new phone, I thought I'd try this as well. When the phone arrived, there were a couple of minor scratches (not too surprising given this is a refurbished product). However, after setting it up, I realized the screen had some issues that caused it to behave erratically/register phantom touches when I wasn't even holding it and would often lock up and freeze. I reset it a number of times to see if it was a software bug but didn't have any luck and unfortunately am having to return it. This company is a pain to return products to. I had to wait multiple days for them to create a return label and they don't cover the cost of shipping for returns. I could understand not covering the cost if I had simply changed my mind about the phone, but the product they sent was clearly damaged/not functioning properly. So now, I've waisted multiple days and money to return a defective product. Overall, very annoying and making me wish I had gone with a different seller.

Good phone, decent battery- average. Photos good but also bad if zooming at all and want a true image-over processes and manipulates the picture. Makes for decent stylized photos but poor accuracy if beyond 2x.
fingerprint reader not great but works. many may like its features and its basic OS

Broke my 6a prior to buying the pixel 7 which I bought refurbished in excellent condition. Loved my 6a but really like the slightly larger, sturdier and faster 7. I was a little leary of buying a refurbished phone but this one arrived in truly excellent condition, has performed beyond my expectations and even came with a wall charger.
