I was a bit skeptical about buying a renewed controller, but the Sony DualSense Edge Wireless Controller (Renewed) has truly exceeded my expectations! Despite being a renewed product, it looks and feels brand new. The performance is seamless, and the battery life is impressive. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers are incredibly responsive. I've been gaming with it for hours, and it's been a joy to use. Don't hesitate to give this renewed controller a try - it's a fantastic value for the price! Five stars and highly recommended

Useless. Wouldn’t pair *or* play wired on a gaming laptop…

Out of the box I charged it for a few hours to be sure it was working. It did arrive in good condition
I tried so many fixes to make this work despite it being for a new gaming laptop. It will blink like it’s in pair mode but nothing happens. Checked my drivers, did admin scans, everything I could search to troubleshoot. But my laptop (& phone) would not discover this controller at all, I wonder if it was even tested on PC & PS before being listed. Plugging it in via the usb my laptop registers it solely as an audio device not a controller & I couldn’t change it.
At first I initiated a replacement until I realized I could get a new licensed Genshin Impact controller for less money & no headaches. I wanted to love this & go refurbished to put less plastic in circulation but if they send out “new” items like this how long will anything I get that does work last before it breaks too?

The only thing is the cord that they sent with it doesn’t charge the controller so if you have the one that Came with the PlayStation I would recommend using that I was getting ready to send it back and then I charged my old controller and it did the same thing it wouldn’t charge so the cord that comes with it is no good. I think it’s too long so don’t freak out.
