We're replacing the same model of headset and found this renewed pair at a lower price. They are perfect, indistinguishable from new. They are from Headset Advisor and I called them to ask about a replacement cable and ear cushions. Their customer service was great. Highly recommend these guys!

Every place that I worked has a Cisco IP phone system. I bought this headset so that I could take my calls in confidence without using the speaker. Unless you have an office with a door you can close you should use a headset. This one is great and easy to use. Make sure your manager knows you bought this with your own $$ otherwise they may be very suspcious when you take it home. I didn't have any keys to my desk drawers so I took my headset with me every day.

I had to order this specific headset for my job. I ordered it a week ago just to find out the microphone does not work! I did some troubleshooting with my class (which included several people who ordered this very headset from amazon that DID NOT WORK!). I also did some troubleshooting with an expert technician that concluded that these headsets are a bunch of crap! Do not waste your time purchasing this headset and save yourself the trouble if you are on a deadline. It's not worth saving the extra $30 for something that does NOT work! These need to be removed from Amazon!
