    The positive side where the battery goes the metal part was bent but as soon as I unbend it and put the batteries it works. It’s a very comfortable controller. I do give Microsoft credit I can hold and use this controller for hours. The D-pad is a bit weird but I got use to it. I love the grip texture but I wish the back part wasn’t white. I have a Dual Sense and that back part is so dirty and hard to clean after two years that’s why I miss all black controllers. I do like this all blue.

    Both I bought looked brand new. Both had stick drift out of the box I unusable I should have returned. I would never purchase again.
