    This is the second refurbished hunter fan that I've bought and it works great. All parts were there except 2 small screws that hold up the collar at the top. Found two replacements. A great bargain for the money.

    Fan is beautiful but functionally bad. We are 68 and 70 yrs old, had to pay someone to install, went up great. My husband is fighting with COPD and lung cancer. He loves to sit on our porch in the mornings and after dinner with his coffee. Our last fan a hurricane destroyed. A fan extends his time outside. Unfortunately this fan has no RPM's as the high is like the lowest of most fans low. We are on a fixed income, hence the refurbished fan. Can't afford to pay someone to take this one down and to assemble and install another one. Could you suggest a resolve for our dilemma?

    Replaced existing smaller ceiling fan from the same brand and wiring. Just a bigger fan. Didn't work. Trouble shot everything and just doesn't work. Now I have to take it back down and return it. A lot of work for nothing.
