What a nice change to have blades that are not paddles. This fan is stylish, sleek, silent, and a great wind maker. What else can I say. I give it my 5 stars because after a few weeks I feel certain of it’s quality. Installed by my handyman who can install a fan in his sleep who commented how it was packaged well and the order of the hardware parts were good what ever that means. He said easy to hang plenty of wire to put it on a a long pole.

First fan I received had no ceiling bracket in the box. Unfortunately they don’t sell separate pieces for Hunter fan but after a quick call with customer service they sent me a new fan right away! I immediately checked and all the pieces were in the second box so it must’ve been a fluke with the first shipment. Fan was easy to assemble and install having done several fans before in previous homes. The remote is easy to operate and you don’t have to aim directly at the fan for it to work. Unfortunately it is a necessary piece to operate the fan so don’t lose it! The motor is quiet. Barely a noticeable hum on high. Air circulation was great for a good sized bedroom. Overall happy with my purchase and very pleased with customer service!

Looks brand new with no signs of use whatsoever!

Installed the fan and it looks brand new out of the box despite statement that is refurbished. It functions as intended and all the noise it produces is just from the wind it creates with the blades. The blades are balanced and I did not need to use any balancing kit since motor at highest speed stays in one place, no sideways movement at all. No abnormal sounds from the motor at all. Light output is very sufficient with LED light bulbs provided with the product. The supplied bulbs are regular socket dimmable LED bulbs and replacements are readily available at any hardware store which is a big plus since I did not want to mess with any special type lights bulbs if situation arises that I would need to change the bulb. This fan was installed at angled ceiling and the bracket that it comes with it has an instruction of mounting it on both types of the ceiling. Highly recommended product!

I purchased two of these fans in 2019, and in October 2022 I am finally writing a review. They are good, quiet fans that work well. They are easy to use and fairly easy to install.

In April 2022, both of my fans went out at the same time. They just didn’t work at all. The lights didn’t tune on and the fans didn’t move. We checked the wiring, the electricity, the lightbulbs, the batteries, and everything else. We couldn’t figure out what was wrong.

I had to call the Hunter company to have them troubleshoot the situation. I was able to do this over the phone, but what I realized was that the remote control receivers had stopped working. Hunter offers a replacement for $50 each, but Amazon sells the replacement for $20 each.

Before you buy the fan, know that the receivers have a life span of about three years and you will have to replace the receiver throughout the lifetime of the fan likely multiple times.

This was our third one of the same model, as we really like the style and absolute silence in operation (the only thing to hear is the moving air when it’s on high). Easy to install on your third time around. All three have been refurbed units and this one worked right out of the box, no missing parts. (We’ve had issues with this in the past, but the customer service was great, not needed this time!)

I usually purchase items like this on the budget side of things but the wife pushed me toward this model. I could not be happier. It works flawlessly out of the box, no messing with balancing or anything. It moves twice as much air as my old fan with half the noise and looks good doing it.

I bought this for a bedroom fan. Looks very nice, went together well.
Turned it on and Ahhhh. Fifteen minutes later it started making a ticking scratching noise
coming from the motor. Snugged up all bolts and screws. Looking for anything obvious no joy.
Had to contact customer support via email. A week later I got a reply asking telling me to tighten screws and
provide more information. Did that. A week later I got another reply.
This was a three week process ending with "Sorry". What happened to the Hunter lifetime motor
warranty? Btw this fan is made in China for Hunter.
The remote has a hanger that goes over a light switch which I like however the remote itself just hangs
there and every time you touch it it falls off.
Finally got the ticking resolved............Yep it was the motor.......
I like the fan . I really dislike the remote.
