I ordered this printer to replace another HP CP2025 printer for work. I was iffy about ordering a refurbished printer, but they have discontinued these printers and I figured it was worth a shot. I had some print quality issues to begin with. The printer has a sticker with a number to call for tech support, so I called to see what my problem was. An actual person answered the phone and Jason helped me figure it out. It turned out my toner cartridges were the problem. The printer is great, but what is valuable is the tech support. I highly recommend this refurbished printer!
Update: It's June 2024 and this printer is still going strong. I love it.
