    When we got the typewriter the knob to put the paper in was broke it looks like someone put glue on it when they refurbished it I have RA real bad can’t read my writing so thought typewriter would really help me out

    Phase 3 llc was perfect in their response to my concerns about the product. It was used and had some problems but they promptly tried to rectify the situation by sending a fix and when that wouldn’t work, they refunded my money. I could not ask for more. Jim Price.

    Opened package and found a button was broken off. Space bar sticks. Definitely not worth the money I paid.
    Second time using it and now the ribbon carriage goes to the left, makes an awful noise and starting beeping. will be returning.
