I received item in poorly packaged and damaged condition item was very dirty as if the renewing process never occurred also the remote was heavily damaged. I will be returning this item soon, its a heavy and bulky item but I will go thru the trouble of returning it because of the carelessness of seller of not caring much about packaging it to prevent damage. It's a huge inconvenience to have to return, so buyers beware of what you are purchasing as renewed or reconditioned items I cannot believe that Amazon is not aware of these problems or maybe just do not care about these issues. Happy shopping everyone.
