    like how easy it is to connect and set up. you must have PoE or a PWR CUBE to use it, and you must have Cisco Unified Communications Manager, or be capable of upgrading the firmware to MPP to use with 3rd party sip providers.

    I ordered this phone and there is no power cable with it. I have made two separate orders for power cables and each one says it fits the model of the phone only to receive them both and they are the same size and do not fit the phone. It would be nice if the product would have the correct power cable to the phone. I am returning the phone as well.
