    This is my second Picture Frame Samsung TV, I have a 75" and now a 55", both are great TV's. Great picture quality and user interface.

    I ordered 3 of these, 2 showed up in perfect like-new condition. I had an issue with the 3rd and the seller was very helpful and communicative in finding a resolution. Highly recommend!

    I’d been waiting for a TV design that didn’t look like a hunk of tech on the wall. So excited that Samsung came up with the Frame tv! The only catch is the complimentary images are fairly basic and the more artsy ones require you to join (I don’t know the price). I still need to figure out how to load my own photos. Once I do, it’ll be perfect!

    I also paid for the Amazon local people to install it, and they were terrific! Very professional, fast, clean and courteous. Worth the $$.

    I have only had this TV for nine months and suddenly half the screen went dark. I called customer service and they told me the TV was out of warranty so I’d have to pay for a technician to service it. If I knew this TV wasn’t going to last even a year I would’ve never bought it.

    Beautiful. I use it mostly for art, but it’s a gorgeous tv as well. I’m thrilled with it. A friend saw it and decided to buy one when he saw what it looked like.

    I love this TV, but it continues to have issues. When we bought it back in April 2023, it had 2 black spots on the screen. I contacted Samsung and they had great customer service and sent someone out to fix the issue. Now a year later and I have a half inch wide black streak going down the right side. I’ve been in contact with Samsung for 2 days and they have to send someone out to fix it yet again. Unfortunately, this time it’s out of warranty and I’ll have to pay for it.

    If it weren’t for these issues, it would be a fricking awesome TV.
