Its still new, so we'll have to see how the apps age, but so far I am in love with this TV. The picture quality is excellent, and the matte finish is perfect for our very bright living room - no more glare hiding the show behind it!

I wish more TVs would come with this finish!

The art features are nice, but I would be just as happy if they didn't have them. I didn't get any frames because theyre so expensive, but thats a different review....

If you're curious about the picture quality, I attached 2 pictures of display models at best buy next to other TVs with the traditional glossy finish. You'll have to trust me that i positioned myself to ensure there would be glare from the frame if it allowed it.

Buyer beware!!!

I have had this refurbished The Frame 75" for 5 months and now it a burn/yellow shaded streak going through vertical about 20 inches wide. Warranty only good for 3 months. What a costly mistake I made with this purchase. These "The Frame" TVs are very cool, but I would take a past on these refurbished TVs is my personal opinion.

Delivery was prompt. Profile is very slim. Picture is very sharp. Make sure you set enough time aside to mount it correctly. Extremely happy with it, I'd buy from Heartland Tek Group again in a heartbeat.

All the hype about this product is spot on. The picture is amazing. The matte screen, in my opinion, is so much more practical and better than the typical glossy screens, which are always full of reflections. The TV is, amazingly, only 1 inch thick, so it really blends into the woodwork.

The separate box for all the ports is brilliant, as it means there's only one tiny wire to the TV; that's great for a clean installation and ease of installation. And it's super great if you want to plug in other devices because you plug them into that box, not into the back of the TV.

My one complaint is quality control (for the 75" size). The first TV I ordered was brand new and had a deformed slot for one of the feet, which meant I could not even set it up. I returned it. The second TV I ordered was a refurbished one, but it is not flat, so the add-on frames don't really fit perfectly.

Note that you really do need 2 adults to move this TV around. It's simply too big and heavy for one person to move.

The most endearing thing about this purchase has been its glare-resistance and the art when it's not in use. Although there are better technologies out there for this price, for our purposes this was the best option. We were a little concerned because of other reports of unreliability; however, so far we have a great product that we are happy with.

Communication Break Down

I had to continuously follow up with Woot only to get no communication back. Finally they get in touch with me and said they had to return the item because they could not get in touch with me. Yet I had 3 other TVs show up on time. This was an issue because once I found out that they returned it, I had to scramble to buy another for my daughters bridal shower. Yes, I had to call them to find out that they returned the item and this was after multiple emails and 2 phone conversations. I won't shop with WOOT again.

NO BEZEL INCLUDED!!!!

The TV came in good shape and in a timely manner. It was disappointing that it did NOT come with a bezel - not even the generic plain black one. When I asked the seller about it I was told:

This unit advertises it is customizable. Meaning you have the option to change/customize bezels to your liking. However it does not come with a bezel. Bezels are sold separately.

Please see attachment for product description."

That means the end product doesn't look like a picture in a frame and doesn't fit flush to the wall. It also means an additional cost to purchase one.

I really loved the TV except that there was an issue with excessive white bleed that ruined any darker scene. I think it might have been damaged in shipping but couldn't tell for sure. Anyway the seller sent a team to pick up the tv and issued a refund within 4 days of my asking. Fantastic customer service!
