The first one had issues. The battery wouldn’t last more than a few hours and the features on the health app weren’t working. After troubleshooting shooting it I determine the watch had something wrong with it. I started the return process as soon as I did that a new watch was being sent out to me even before I had the defective one in a box. The next day the new watch arrived and an hour later a UPS guy was standing at my door to pick up the old one. Honestly the easiest return I have ever had with Amazon. The new watch works great and I haven’t had any issues.

My husband thought he was buying me a Series 6 40mm refurbished Apple Watch for Christmas in “excellent” condition, but what we got was SO far from it. It shouldn’t have even been sold in the first place…..it had several scratches on it, never ended up turning on and even after being on the charger for over 2 hours all it did was get super hot to the touch and just blink the apple logo nothing else. Thank God for Amazon return policy!!! Trust me, please save your money and buy somewhere else like Best Buy refurbished!

I bought this watch to try and keep track of my sleeping and to help organize my life, but I didn't hold much hope for it. I had tried smart watches before but usually ended up ditching them after a few weeks. I didn't see the point of spending the money on an Apple smartwatch. I saw the price on this refurbished model and took a chance. Mine came in a bit scratched and beat up on the dial and side of the watch by the button, but nothing too major. The case I bought hides it pretty well. It charged and worked well. The issue was if I wear the watch all day, I need to charge it at night. And if I wear it all night I need to charge it in the morning. So I only ended up using it a couple of times to track my sleep. It worked well when I did use it for that, however.

The watch I received was a great looking watch. It worked wonderfully- easily set up and “made my own”. It was clean, had both sizes of bands and a charger that worked perfectly. The only reason I returned it was because I wanted a QWERTY keyboard and those weren’t offered until the series 7- this one only had “scribble”. However, after ordering three different watches (refurbished) I found that it’s pretty much hit or miss with them. Thankfully Amazon has a great return policy. The only thing I’d recommend is to do your research prior to purchasing and read the reviews, in the case of these watches they seem to be pretty applicable.

This watch is perfectly fine but the battery will not charge to 100% and the microphone is off. It’s registering everything as very loud.
