This is a great headset to get me away from being attached to my phone when on calls. I now have the freedom to move about the office and continue my conversations rather than being stuck at my desk while on the phone. I did have to adjust the volume and echo settings after it arrived to make it ideal for my setup, but now it works like I want it to. I didn't get the adapter to be able to answer calls at the push of a button, so I still have to take the phone off the hook and place it back to take and close out calls; but that's not a big deal to me since I'm usually at my desk when the phone is ringing anyway. Didn't need anything more sophisticated than what we got and am happy with the purchase.
