Sound quality wasn't good, Bluetooth source still played when I switched to FM radio. I wanted to love this speaker but it just didn't speak of quality..

The speaker is nice. Yet there are some issues I’ve with the speaker. First it hard to ell if it on or off. The second issue is I don’t think the speaker isn’t loud it it suggests.

This is the second Amazon certified refurbished speaker I purchased. The first had a bad volume switch and was returned. This one has a bad battery and is also being returned. Considering it arrived with no padding in the box, I am shocked at how good the speaker looked. I love the idea of refurbished products but the program does not work if the reseller doesn't do a good job of testing.

Great sound for what it is; would've given 5-stars if not for the struggle to reconnect the Bluetooth after walking away then coming back. I always have to go into my phone settings to reconnect as it loses connection altogether. Only other issue is the battery life seems to be shorter after only a few full cycle charges. I have the option to leave it plugged in, however might need more testing for extended battery only" use. Overall, great purchase for the price seeing as it arrives new in box!

I have not quite had the speaker for a year yet and it already died. It never was loud enough, now it plays nothing but clicky sounds.
