    Wonderful cooktop. Super good controls with one burner having two rings and the large center ring with three. Looks great. Installation super easy. Would buy again. Great value. replaced a $2000 KitchenAid that was 23 years old and still working great but I cracked the glass with an accident.

    I replaced an electric older cooktop, so the install was easy as I already had 40 amp connection available. I did need to cut the granite counter opening 1/2" wider but it was pretty easy with a 4" grinder and diamond blade - use a helper to squirt water at the blade to keep dust down.

    Once installed and connected, all burners worked great. I had to read the operation instructions but otherwise pretty intuitive to operate. I did not test the timer function but it is there - kinda nice if you are cooking rice or pasta when you can time the burner top shut off.

    Very clean, great look. I was a little worried about a model with no knobs but it looks great and is super easy to keep clean. It is such a step forward in time compared to the old coil burners with pans and knobs that was there. I also like the halogen burner as it works with any type of pan.

    I would buy this again, though I prepped this house for sale so I will not have long-term user experience.

    The Ecotouch 36" x21" 5 burner cooktop seems to be a good deal at this price point. I used the cooktop before I wrote this review. It performed very well. The controls are easy to navigate also the touch pad lock comes in handy when cleaning and is a good safety feature.It boiled water a small pan in about 10 min. A big pan in about 15 mi. At same time. Big pan dual zone mode. This is the second ceramic cooktop that I have owned buying the cleaner for ceramic cooktops is a must for keeping in new condition. At this price nice style simple easy to understand touch symbols...5 stars. I will update if needed.

    When you turn it on it makes this weird magnetic sound. It’s pretty annoying tbh the thing that I can positively highlight is that it’s super easy to clean and it doesn’t stain like all the others I’ve had.

    Please do not let the main description fool you. This is not fully measured 36 inches. Had to return it because it's small enough to fit ENTIRELY through a 36 inch cut out.

    Looks nice though.

    This my back and forth with the Manufacture
    We have done that same result. there is no beep for any of the 3- double/triple, timer or pause feature they just don't work, Are you suggesting we should press the timer button or the pause button and wait for a few minutes as well do you think that's is acceptable?
    Yes, we recommend pressing one of the three button and waiting for a few minutes. Not press 3 function button at the same time. This will allow the electric cooktop ample time to react appropriately（attach your test video again would be great）

    After dealing with multiple appliance stores telling us they can get us our 36" electric for over 3 months we finally gave up. We took a chance on buying this off Amazon and have been overly surprised. First thing, we received with in a week of ordering. Second it was a breeze to put in. Third the ease and functionality is superb. Forth it was a third of the cost of others. Also comes with a Five year warranty! Appliance stores only offer that if you pay extra! I have zero cons to this unit as of yet and I really don't expect to. So if you are like us and tired of waiting on other brands to be available, don't worry about if this is a quality product! you will love it.
