Liked the fact it washes the clothes.

The spinner is a joke. Even after 10 minutes the clothes sopping wet. Have to squeeze the water out.

The drain tube is a joke. Won’t stay on.

The drain plug is terrible. It is flexible rubber and kinda hard to press in hole. Then when I get it in I am scared it will come out.

The hole for the electricity is down at the bottom. Why? Is this not an electrical hazard? I put washer in bathtub for easier drain when cycle done.
Of course I unplug when draining and filling but, nevertheless, I feel like I am going to get electrocuted when I plug in the power.

The washing great. But need improvements on this product.

I really wanted this to be a workable solution for doing small loads of laundry. It isn't.

Capacity? This has room for maybe one pair of pants. Maybe. It is more suitable for maybe a pair of socks and underwear.

Effectiveness? About the same as sloshing the clothes around in a bucket.

Ease of use? Well, it takes less muscle power than sloshing clothes in a bucket, but it takes more patience and willingness to fiddle with things that aren't very good so I'm not sure that isn't a wash. Seriously, the frustration factor in dealing with this cancels out any reduction in manual labor for me.

Robustness? Well let me put it this way: It comes with a sort of agitator extension you are supposed to clip onto the hub when using this to wash clothes. That part can't stay on while the unit is collapsed, so you need to take it off every time you pack up. Taking that part off was enough to cause the hub part to come off the motor shaft. So it's not strong enough to survive one practice usage cycle without parts coming off.

Convenience: Well, as mentioned above, there are parts that can't be inside the unit when it is collapsed. That means you can't really collapse it for storage, because if you do you'll have no place to put all the parts like the power supply, agitator cage, etc. So it's not as convenient as it could be.

No es lo que esperaba, pues el motor es un poco débil, pero lava bien ayuda, solo que para escurrir la ropa no es muy bueno y no me gusta tanto, las deja con mucha agua. Creo que cuesta mucho, pero ayuda en cierta manera. Y fue un problema para que llegara, no se si entregarla, por que dos veces me cambiaron el día de entrega asta hoy Jueves que llego seguiré intentando y luego les cuento. Pero hay otras opciones q e leído q son mejores.

A bought this for traveling, can wash a few pair of underwear and socks, or some baby clothes, etc, nothing to bulky or heavy, but I like that I can bring a few shirts and pants when traveling and then wash my underwear and socks easily each day, cuts down on the amount you need to travel with me. Includes AC to DC adapter, as long as clothes are not too soiled it does work well
