This freezer was packed surprisingly well in styrofoam which was bolstered by wood sheets. It arrived a day early and was at below freezing within 2 hours. Although I have only had it two days, it is working as it should, is attractive, and I am very pleased with the quality and the price. If that changes I will update my review, but right now I give this item FIVE STARS!

Freezer was delivered with a dent in the door. I did not have time to request a replacement so I'm living with it. It is not well insulated so it is loud when it is running and puts off quite a bit of heat. On a good note, it is roomier than I anticipated and is working.

I really am enjoying this freezer. It’s a perfect size! What’s funny is when I open it and close it it’s like it purrs and hisses afterwards.???????? I bought another one of the same brand and it was just too small. I make homemade cat food, gumbo, soups, and all kinds of other meals and my freezer is not big enough so I need this one.

Well arrived with some dings. Box was fine on outside so think it was before it was packaged. It’s inexpensive & freezer works yet can only hope no issues down the line. Too big & too much of a hassle to send back
