No me agrado el hecho que al momento de comprar se me paso y no compre el seguro por lo que trate de comunicarme de alguna manera para corregir y no obtuve como hacerlo ya que la pagina de reclamos esta muy parametrada y no da lugar a comunicarse para corregir el problema.

Have had for less than a year & no heavy cooking on it. Painted ceramic top is starting to dull & peel! Great functioning cooktop tho.... irritating how you have to go thru functions to get the selection you want. Will auto shutoff during cooking, so no long time consuming cook times without having to turn back on!

First off, looks nice appears to be made well had to completely take unit apart to put proper pipe fitting on gas line. No measurements for cutout, probably the worse was changing over to lp gas pay attention as the orifices are different sizes 0.5, 0.6, 0.65 biggest to large burner etc manual has no mention of orifice sizing . Time will tell how it lasts

If you're considering this stovetop, take a look at the first pic. I've included the entire "manual." There's a video on this product page, but the features don't work as shown. It heats up, but if the timer and child lock actually work, they are not intuitive.

I chatted with Amazon for "product support," but they did not have the troubleshooting that was indicated. I was given a website that only had gaming consoles. Then, they gave me a Chinese phone number for customer support. At $2.50 a minute, I decided this was too much effort and expense. It's going back.
