Once turned on, this machine makes ice quickly. I was very happy with the results. It runs quietly and smooth no matter how much ice it's making. I found that once the ice is made, if I add more water, I can double my ice as it is consistently melting/refreezing. It also fits on my counter under my cupboards which is a huge plus.

This ice maker has been a total life saver this summer for me! It makes 9 ice cubes in just 6 minutes, which is perfect when I’m hosting or just need ice fast which is every weekend during the summer- lol. It’s small but makes plenty lotsss of ice.. up to 34 lbs a day! I’ve used it for everything - home, parties, and even camping trips.

The part that I love most though is that it cleans itself! I just press a button, and I’m done. I love that it gives me two sizes of bullet ice cubes, and the basket and scoop that comes with it makes it sooo convienent. If you want an easy way to get ice without waiting forever, this little machine is amazing. I’m so glad I got it!

I’ve owned this for over a month. It’s a neat little machine and makes good ice. I use it constantly. Before I owned it 30 days, it started leaking and making a funny noise from time to time. I could have sent it back, but I love the ice and I put a tray under it to catch the leaks. It keeps my tray filled up so I have to empty the tray every 2 days or so. I figure I’ll keep it until it gives out, but I’m not sure if I’ll buy another if it dies since the cost is a little high for a machine that leaks. I do like the automatic cleaning function (for 5 minutes every hour) but I use the manual cleaning function every couple of weeks or so. It is a little noisy with the air blowing that you would normally expect from a machine that has a refrigeration function. And it beeps every time the ice fills up when it can’t dump anymore. It also beeps when it runs out of water and you need to refill it. But I still enjoy the pellet ice in my drinks. It reminds me of snowcone ice and I love to eat it.

I really like this size maker and it works quickly. It gives you an option for two sizes of ice. I will probably try another one because I was so impressed with it. However, the one I had was producing ice with a very odd sour taste. I tried several times to clean thoroughly and get rid of this taste. I finally returned because I didn’t want to get stuck with one that Would never Produce clean ice. Does not seem to be a problem for anyone else so I intend to order another one in the future. I see bad review and I don’t agree with it at all. I feel this is a very nice icemaker. Other than the one taste exclusive issue I had.

At this writing, have only ran it twice. It makes nice chewable chunks of ice. Not too noisy when running, which is nice and easy to set up and use. The only downside - there was a small detached piece sitting in the well upon unboxing and I'm not sure where it goes. I tried to figure it out, but the manual is not very clear in identifying parts. Still, the machine seems to work fine, but I do wish it was easier to ID parts.

Had the icemaker for just over a month and it started making a loud screeching noise and would not make ice.. Amazon informed me that I would have to go through the seller since it was past the 30 day return window. We have tried to contact the seller and have gotten no response. We now have a icemaker that does not work and makes a loud noise. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
