Sleek and modern look with powerful, consistent and precise heat supply.
I just finished a kitchen renovation and did A LOT due diligence regarding the choice of appliances. I am very glad that I bought the Fotile brand cooktop and vent hood.
First of all, the workmanship is outstanding. When I opened the package, everything sits tight in the module foam, the build is heavy and sturdy, not to mention the refined edges. Every bit of the details tells me it’s worth the price.
The installation is relatively easy, but I noticed someone mentioned in the comment section, the mid burner sometimes turned itself off. I addressed the concern with my contractor, he suggested premium stovetops usually automatically cutoff the gas when it leaks. I went back to the item description, and yes, there it is, so be sure to tighten up the gas connection.
All and all, I’m very happy with the purchase. The only compliant to Fotile is that they only have 24’ built-in ovens, but the most common oven pantry like the one we have is 30-in wide. Otherwise I really would try their steamer oven instead of the pricy Viking.

Purchased this cooktop several months ago. The install was very easy and this cooktop cooks like a champ! The only thing that I do not like about this top is the silver finish. It scratches SOOO EASY... like, it will scratch using a paper towel. And there is no way to replace it... be warned it will scratch and it will look bad.. but it is a great cooking top.

I researched numerous brands of countertop gas ranges. I have used this range for two months and cannot be happier. It is heavy duty, the knobs work efficiently and effectively. The BTU power is fantastic. I am finally able to really sear meat, sauté vegetables with ease.
It is a very good value, as well. About a month after I purchased it, a Fotile rep called to ask my opinion of the range and said to contact them if I had any concerns. Good customer experience.

I was planning to purchase the Samsung cooktop however delivery times were 60+ days and I needed a replacement for a broken GE cooktop. I found this on Amazon and was concerned about quality, fit etc. I took a risk and ordered and could not be happier. Packaging and documentation was perfect. Installation was very easy and quick and the unit looks fantastic, works as advertised and looks classy. The controls work well, the knobs are very robust and the central burner puts out a LOT of heat....Couldn’t be happier with this choice.

 Ordered this cooktop back in February and within a month of usage, the center burner would automatically shut off all of a sudden (see attached video). Contacted fotile through email and at first they were responsive at first and asked me to try several different solutions. Mind you, this product became defective within a month of usage and had a five year warranty and they wanted me, the customer to attempt to fix the problem instead of sending a technician out. Regardless, I followed all their instructions such as using a sandpaper to clean a certain valve, and the problem still persist. I emailed the customer service back and this is the point where they started ignoring emails. I had not hear back from them in more than two weeks until I filed a dispute with Amazon, at which point they said that they would mail out a part and wants me to find a contractor to install it. Again, what good is the warranty if I have to do everything myself? Of course this problem occurred right after the return window expired.

Bottom line: don’t be fooled by the five year warranty they offer. For a product that’s over $1000, The customer service is non-existent if they don’t know how to solve the problem. Terrible experience. Think twice before buying.

I am very happy with this cook top. The heat output is phenomenal and well balanced, even though I am using propane, which has a lower output than NG. Very controllable and easy to get used to. Installation was easy, but there was a problem with one of the burners when I received the unit. However, Fotile customer support was very helpful and the replacement part arrived quickly and solved the problem. I have no regrets. Looks and performs great.

This very expensive cooktop was damaged in shipping. Amazon refused to help because this was a "no return" item. I contacted Fotile, and they were GREAT! They shipped out replacement parts with in four business days at no cost. They were a pleasure to do business with. It's a beautiful cooktop.

This unit replaced my Builder grade whirlpool gas cooktop. Fit the original cutout perfectly. Easy to install with a larger 3/4 inch inlet gas pipe (purchased at Ace). The top grates are etched so pots/pans stay where you place them and even my small 6 inch egg pans sits firmly without rocking. The gas BTU power for each burner is twice the power of my old unit, yet I can control each burner to a slow simmer if needed. This cooktop is a cook’s dream! Love it!
