This restaurant size oven was ordered for use in my church's kitchen. The oven itself has met all expectations; the issue was with the delivery service. Why would any decent company choose to use a delivery service who drops off an expensive product (3000.00) at the end of a driveway. This service wouldn't even bring this 800 + pound oven close to the church door and yes I paid a delivery fee. As a result of such poor service, I incurred the added expense of hiring a moving company at the last minute to move the oven inside the church.
