We go through about six cloth diapers every 24 hours, not to mention all the onesies and burp cloths we use throughout the day. I make a point to wash them every night. Since I got the washing machine, it's been working overtime, trust me. As long as you don't overload this baby clothes washing machine, it does a fantastic job.
I usually stick to the five-minute wash/rinse cycle, and I do it twice per load. Before that, I give the diapers a quick spray in the toilet to pre-clean them. For detergent, I use just a line's worth of baby detergent, maybe a bit more if they're particularly dirty. A little soap goes a long way.
I like to throw in a few small loads here and there while I'm multitasking around the house. So far, the machine has been holding up just as well as it did on day one.Sure, there might be some room for improvement in the design, but considering the price and how efficiently it uses space, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase.
