Built to last with high quality parts, you will get many years of service using this cooktop. Powered by propane gas, there are two 11,000 BTU burners and one 5,200 BTU burner between them.
This arrives in a long, thin box. The parts and pieces are -shoehorned-- in!!! Taking the pot supports out was especially challenging, but I got it figured out in the end. Some brute force was used. The cooktop comes with a gas pressure regulator and supply tube. The correct fittings are used on both ends. One end, the one with the regulator, connects to commonly available propane cylinders available in convenience stores near you. The other end connects to the cooktop.
The cooktop surface is made of tempered glass. If you DO break it, it will shatter into a million little pieces that can't cut you badly. That is a great safety feature. The glass surface is easily cleaned after use. There are self igniters on the burners. No mare matches or singed fingers! As with all gas appliances, you have full control of the flame height and temperatture.
This cooktop is portable - perfect for outdoor cooking. It is large enough to cook a fdl meal with space for your pots and pans. I've used the little burner as a warming area, but don't be deceived! That little burner can boil water too!
