It was missing the hydration basket so there is no way to get the water off of the clothes. It will also take forever to get the soap off - you'll need the refill it countless times in hopes of rinsing it off - which it probably won't. The cord is too short. The drainage plug won't stay closed, so the water pours out immediately making it almost impossible to try to wash anything. The performance is terrible. The quality is terrible. I regret purchasing this. There is no versatility with this machine. The noise is also loud for such a small machine. It collapses with just a slight touch when you're not trying to, which isn't good if it's filled with water.

I found this comparatively cheaper to others on Amazon. I’m fine with 8L as mostly I’ll be using it for socks, wash cloths etc. So, this is perfect for me. Very simple instructions and easy to use. Love the color. Build quality is decent. Have to wait and see if it lasts long. So far love it
