I've recently been using this Cooksir double burner electric cooktop. I often need an extra burner or two, and this double burner cooktop, with it's stay-cool stainless steel handles allows me to easily carry it and add two extra burners wherever I need them. All I need is a power outlet to plug it in!

The attractive ceramic glass top and brushed stainless steel exterior is simple to keep clean – just a quick wipe does the trick!

The cooktop provides even and steady heat distribution, which means no hot spots on any pan I use. Once I set the correct temperature, it will maintain the heat consistently - which is ideal for using my small pressure cooker, so I don't need to stand over it, constantly readjusting the temperature!

I like that I can take it with me to the sun room where I do a lot of my entertaining, or just bring it to the table to keep food warm for holiday feasts.

The power is distributed between two burners and controlled via a knob with various levels – perfect for different cooking needs from simmering to frying.

The LCD control panel has some advanced features like the timer (0-240 minutes) which automatically shuts off after counting down - a nice safety feature.

It also includes a child lock and overheat protection. It's convenient that this cooktop is compatible with all types of pans, from aluminum to cast iron - as long as the bottoms are flat and between 4.72" to 9.45".

However, sometimes I find myself a bit confused by the control panel when it reads "400°F." It’s not always clear which setting corresponds to what temperature level. This minor issue aside, using both touch and knob controls for power adjustments provides all the control I need while cooking.

This Cooksir 2 burner Cooktop is a good choice for anyone needing a portable electric stove top. It's a great addition to my kitchen - Highly recommend!

This cooktop is great quality. It has 2 burners on a glass top cooking surface. The knobs on the front that adjust the burner temperature have nice ridges in them for easy gripping. There are handles on each end for easy lifting and carrying. The digital screens on each side tell you the temperature that is set for that specific burner. Burners heat up quickly and the hot indicator stays on until the unit is cool.
The burners heat evenly. It is not recommended that you use heavy cast iron or thin aluminum pans on this cooktop. Stainless steel with flat bottom is preferred for using this cooktop. Unit auto corrects the power used for each burner, with built in presets.
Perfect for camping, or emergencies. Very giftable, priced fairly for the great quality.

I actually quite enjoy the design of this electric cooktop. The black and silver give it a very sleek look and the red in the center just adds a little touch of flavor to the entire design. Moving onto its practicality, I boiled some water on it and the process was faster than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. However, the cooktop produces a foul odor from the sides of it. Perhaps it is because it is my first time using it but the odor was quite strange and it was honestly really distracting like I tried to ignore it but the odor just really gets to you. Overall this is an aesthetically pleasing stovetop with the downside of an odor whenever it is in use.

This burner is the modern day equivalent of an electric ring burner that you’d get at a discount store. Only problem is those don’t heat evenly like this one does. It also doesn’t look as beautiful!

This Single Burner Electric Cooktop is so versatile, it's just amazing. You can BBQ, stir fry, steam, boil, braise, sauté, sear and grill. The possibilities are nearly endless for this little cooktop, only bound by your imagination and your willingness to try new things. This gives you the ability to take your cooking skills on the road instead of being limited to using just the grill all the time.

This is also great to have around the house at the holidays. It gives you that one extra burner for all those dishes that need to be cooked at the same time. Or, just a spot to keep something warm until everything is ready to be put on the table. Like I said, so many uses, so versatile, you just can’t go wrong with this one. I think I just talked myself into ordering one more!
