We bought this oven but smaller from Home Depot. Seven months in the glass shattered for no reason. It is under warranty yet I have called LG 5 times and been on the phone for a total of 5 to 7 hours trying to get someone to come fix it. You may ask... Why is an expensive oven breaking after just a few months? or Why would LG not respect their warranties? Then you realize that LG may just giving you the runaround for hours until you completely lose your mind and no longer are allowed an oven because you will need to be committed. Good business model LG.
