This wine fridge is a definite upgrade to our previous one. Not only can I store my wine properly, but my husband is also very happy that he now has a place to store and chill his beer. It’s the perfect size for both cans and bottles alike. I’m so happy with the look of it, it’s very sleek and modern and its performance is amazing. It has so many nice features. The temperature is easy to control with the smart touch screen control. It can be controlled for the perfect temperature for wines ranging from 40° to 65°F and has a temperature range of 34°F- 54°F. I love being able to precisely choose the temp for each kind as the temperature of wine makes a world of difference for taste! I really like that in less than 40 minutes of putting our drinks in they are chilled and ready to drink! Perfect for when we are entertaining and need our drinks ready quickly. The temp can be selected on the sensor touch panel, as well as turning on and off the super cool blue lighting for inside. The lighting gives it a fun and modern look. This cooler is ideal for storing for long periods or for preparing for a party, as it holds up to 33 bottles of wine with no problem and up to 100 cans! The shelves can be adjusted as needed to allow me to house larger bottles or taller cans. The shelves that house the bottles slide in and out very smoothly for ease of access and also can be removed for easy cleaning. The shelving is very sturdy and also moisture proof. The cooler operates quietly which is nice since we spent a lot of time watching games and television in the bar area. It has given our area a real bar feeling, we couldn’t be happier with this cooler.

Customer service has been timely and friendly in addressing a shipping and billing issue that came up when ordering the refrigerator. Alice, the customer service rep that was helping me out did a great job.

The refrigerator was delivered on time in excellent shape. Fits my kitchen perfectly, looks great, and has a great build quality. Very pleased with my purchase and the service I've received.

It’s a great value for the price, looks and feels high-end. The fit and finish is perfect and well put together. It’s very handsome looking just as shown on Amazon.

The operation is very quiet just as some reviewers indicated.

The wooden (good quality solid wood, nicely finished) shelves slide easily and bottles fit in nicely. I put in a bulky Champagne bottle (after adjusting the shelf without any hazzle) and it fit with room to spare.

We purchased the additional warranty just in case, doesn’t cost much.

We are very pleased that we shared this unit with family and friends.

This is a very nice and quiet wine fridge. My old one died after 8 years. it only held 12 bottles of wine, so this one was an upgrade. It came in a few days, in perfect condition. It does NOT, however, hold 28 bottle of any type of wine I've ever purchased. None of my bottles, from various stores would stack the way they said they would. They were all too fat or too long. I could put one in back and three up front. This significantly reduced the amount of wine I could cool. That being said, it holds more than my old one did, and it holds bigger bottles like Champaign. But, only side by side. I don't know what bottles were used for them to say it holds 28. I would love to know. Regular sized wine bottles bought in the grocery store were clearly not used. Aside from this, it's a very nice fridge and the different lights are cool.

When we received this product, one side of the box appeared wet, which was concerning. Upon removing the product, we could see that the inside of the shipping box was even wetter, which raised our level of concern. Sure enough, when we completely unwrapped and inspected the product, it was clear that one of the copper tubes was wholly severed and that the flammable refrigerant had completely leaked out. I contacted the manufacturer and was offered a replacement product or a refund immediately. It was clear that the issue was not with the product itself, but rather with the manner of handling by the shipping company to my home. I received a second 24" unit that had similar shipping issues, although they were cosmetic in nature and did not impact my decision to utilize the unit as an under-the-counter model. I am very impressed with the company as they actually incorporated some of my suggestions for improved packaging and seem to value their customer's input in making product improvements.

While I was unable to evaluate the original unit, the subsequent units' performance is wonderful. The unit is incredibly quiet and the manufacturing is second to none. The lines are clean and crisp, with no sharp edges. The unit will be a wonderful addition to the bar area in my home.

This refrigerator is beautiful and works great. The cooling feature is excellent and it has ample space for bottles. The light inside adds beauty to it as well. The customer service was great when it came with a dent inside from shipping. They were super easy to work with.
