The Kucht KFX300 is an excellent range: very heavy (over 200lbs), packaged very well, and I really like the finish and basic operation. The range shipped directly from Kucht and showed up without so much as a scratch on the exterior of the cardboard packaging. The range has no fancy computer chips or CCAs to fail; just turn the knob and enjoy the wonderful simplicity of gas. The only issue was the oven temp needed calibration, and Kucht had a warranty service tech out in a week and a half from initial contact. My Kucht service tech, Randy, was really great and explained some of the range operation that was not in the manual. He was very personable and professional, and had the oven calibrated and burner flames adjusted as well in no time. Overall A+ to Kucht’s gas range and standing by their warranty along with very competent customer service reps and equipment service techs to boot. I highly recommend Kucht ranges and their people.
