About this item

【Knob-Controlled Electric Stove】Unlike other multi-functional sensor touch electric stoves, this 24 inch electric cooktop offers a straight forward design without complex buttons or functions. Each knob is dedicated to controlling a single burner, making it particularly user-friendly and simple, even for older adults. Since many elderly individuals have reduced vision, an electric cooktop with knobs is a more suitable option.
【9 Power Level Settings & 6000W High Power Electric Cooktop】Karinear 24 inch 4 burner electric cooktop features 9 power levels, with each burner at 1200W, 1200W, 1800W,1800W respectively, totaling up to 6000 watts of power. This high-power electric cooktop heats up faster than others. With 9 power levels, it meets the temperature needs for a variety of cooking methods. Electric stove 4 burners work at the same time, saving you most of the time.
【Multiple Protection 4 Burner Electric Stove】This 24" electric stove is designed to meet safety specifications and emits no electromagnetic radiation, making it harmless to users. For added safety, the Karinear 220v electric cooktop comes equipped with over-temperature protection, automatic shutoff, and residual heat warnings. This safe and reliable cooktop is an excellent choice for pregnant women, mothers, and the elderly.
【220-240V Drop-in Electric Stove 6000W】 lower-powered electric ceramic cooktops heat up slowly. To address this issue, our 4 burners electric ceramic cooktop delivers a high power output of up to 6000W. To achieve this level of power, the 24-inch electric stove top requires a connection to a 220-240V power supply but does not come with a plug.
【Convenient and Easy To Clean】The 4 burners cooktop is exceptionally convenient as it works with any flat-bottomed cookware. Featuring a black glass surface, the drop-in electric cooktop lends a contemporary and stylish appearance to your kitchen. The high-quality black glass is easy to maintain and can be cleaned simply by wiping it down with a damp cloth.

The heating elements work great and cook time is quick. the smooth surface is easy to clean. I hired an electrician to install it easily with no problems or extra work needed.

3.0 out of 5 stars Looks good, some concerning 'smoke' and interior condensation upon use
Reviewed in the United States on December 2, 2024
I am reviewing the Karinear 24 Inch electric cooktop, which at the time of this review was $229. We didn't jump right in and install this prior to testing, instead opting to hook it up to give it a thorough test before we did a full install. Upon first impression, it's a nice little cooktop. The 6000W is an accurate description of its power use, with 2 1800W and 2 1200W elements. That's plenty of power for this size. The burners look to be essentially the same as any typical cooktop of this type, so if one goes out they are relatively easy to replace. The dials have a satisfying 'click' when you turn them, though they might be a little too easy to turn if you are getting in there to clean. However, the indicator lights are nice and bright to let you know if you turned something on inadvertently. Oddly, the dials for each burner seem to be arranged with a confusing logic...where as you go down the knobs, you end up going counterclockwise around the burners, starting from the bottom right. It's just a weird design choice that will take some getting used to.

The 24" wide form factor would be good for a smaller kitchen, like that found in an apartment, but keep in mind this means the cooking rings are closer together, so if you have larger pots, they may fight for the limited space. The cooktop itself is quite thin, which is nice since you could install this and still have room for a nice wide silverware drawer underneath it.

My big concern was upon firing this up, there was some 'smoke' coming from one side of the unit. If we had installed this in place before testing, we would have never known this. Each burner came with some 'smoke', as you can see in the video. We removed the top to see what was going on, but there was no sign of burnt wires or melted plastic. However, we did see quite a bit of condensation inside the cooktop, despite this being stored indoors prior to testing. Our 'hunch' is that the ceramic rings under the burners probably had quite a bit of moisture remaining them, which evaporated out and then re-condensed inside the unit. So that smoke was probably just steam, but something that definitely concerned us at first and not something I feel should have left the factory in that condition. Had I installed this first and then noticed that, I would have had to remove the entire assembly and check for damages, which would have doubled my install time. Not something a customer should have to deal with. You can see the condensation in one of my photos.

I also have a beef with sellers who advertise at a high price with constant large coupons. It breaks the sorting algorithm for customers trying to search by price, it messes up price tracking, and as a vine member, I pay income tax on the full price of the product, before the coupon. So I'm paying unnecessary tax on top of all the other risks I take with reviewing a high ticket item like this. Minus one star for that behavior.
