    Appears to be exactly what I need for the garage fridge. I lost a lot of food 2 years ago because it kept cycling off, defrosting and then refreezing again. All of my steaks were rotten and had to be thrown away. I can't say for certain this works as it should just yet as it is summer now and not an issue. At least I am prepared and hoping this winter it is working correctly. It is inexpensive

    It worked perfectly. I can now use my extra refrig in the garage during the winter months instead of it just sitting there for 3-4 months unused. And so simple. Probably took 30 minutes to install, but so worth it!

    This heater kit wil not work with 2021 Frigidaire Refrigerators and beyond. Frigidaire changed the cold sensor to a solid state design not applicable to my 2021 13.9 cu. Frigidaire Model FFHT1425. As such I returned the heater for a refund. Note I had check with several online appliance parts sites they (in error)
    said it would. If you have an Frigidaire fridg older than 2020, It probbly will work.

    Part arrived on time. Installation was easy and as per instructions. Heater fit like it was made for it.
    Turned down t stat. Compressor is cycling normal and maintaining temp.

    Doesn't work "on fridges with electronic controls" which I suspect is all of them these days. There is nowhere toput the heater. Kenmore 61219 specifically for me.
