I gave a 5 for the overall rating although the initial delivery had a wrong part in it. Their customer service followed up quickly and thoroughly to correct the issue. I had to ask Ca'Lefort to send a replacement air vent grille because the one came with was outdated. The communication and the replacement were handled fairly easily and quickly. However, there was no instructions at all on how to replace it, which took awhile, which they need to improve on still. In the aftermath, they quickly remedied it by sending a complimentary wine tool set for the trouble.
Based on my experience, I'd recommend this vendor for the their customer service, and the product looks nice and has been working well as advertised since installation.
