    This is a perfect fit for my Bosch refrigerator door. I have a relatively new fridge and the spring in the door flapper broke making it impossible to close the door normally. I was very annoyed to find that neither Bosch and nor aftermarket parts were available anywhere. Thankfully someone in an Internet forum mentioned this part would also work on Bosch models and they were right - it perfectly fits my Bosch b21cl81sns fridge door. Thank you for saving me the hassle of buying a whole new door, or worse, a new fridge!

    The condensation separator spring broke.New Bosch part $80.00 and on back order.I used this.The longer end goes inside the metal part on the separator,short end to the hole in the door.I still got one spring for future use.works flawlessly. I didn't even need a glove, just used my bare hands, hence my kids call me papabear. Got a kiss from my wifey.

    Found a post on Reddit that said this part also fits the Bosch fridge— and it did, perfectly!
    Good thing, too, as Bosch doesn’t sell this spring as a separate part- they only sellthe door flap assembly for about $80….

    Very easy to install, I looked it up on YouTube. just saved $80 because Bosh does not sell just the spring, you have to purchase the full panel for $80.

    The part number is correct. The spring design was apparently changed and these are too big for our refrigerator. LG sells two types of mullion strip for the dutch door. One has a spring loaded latch on top. The other has a tear drop shaped guide that positions the mullion while it closes.
    I used my refrigerator model number when ordering and looked up the exact part number for my mullion and spring. Had to return these springs 2-3 times as they are not compatible.
