I like that it looks great and looks professional. In my application I have a microwave oven so we were not able to use the utensil rod because of the height difference. As you can tell from my picture.

The hardest part was getting the protective film off, it took two people, it was strangely difficult.
After that it was easy to assemble- the directions were unhelpful but it is pretty dimple to assemble the shelf.
