    Stove is as advertised, professional style, 6 burner with large oven. I have not had any problems with igniters as some purchasers describe. Range hood is attractive and I especially like the SS baffles in place of filter screens, just put them in dishwasher!

    I especially like the lack of bells and whistles. No clock, no lcd display, just a basic, old-fashioned gas stove with the addition of electronic ignition and a convection fan in the oven. Are there nicer stoves out there? Yes, but NXR delivers great value for price.

    Stove was purchased in November to be used after our remodel. Installed it in late February. I turned on the stove burners and they worked. The oven lights didn’t turn on, and I assumed it moved around too much while in the initial truck ride for delivery, and didn’t think to test the oven then. The oven lights and Oven do not work. They tried to blame it on me and said that we must have a short in our home. Really b***h? They sent a thermostat and bulbs, and the technician took a look and said we have a big problem inside. A big white wire was not connected and/or that they cannot even find it. He said the oven needs to be taken apart. Mind you this is a brand new oven that these guys didn’t put together. Would you want that after spending $2500 plus tax? I told them I do not want someone who didn’t put it together, to take it apart, and sadly they already took things apart to look for the problem and it was upsetting to see. Anyway, after many calls and requests, they sent their own technician over and he fixed it within 5 mins. So, if you get one of their products that have issues, please make sure to have a tech from Duro Corp come fix it. These are not to be messed with by appliance repair people who are not familiar with these stoves and will destroy them in the process

    We loved this unit at first. About 4 months ago (after about 3 months of use) the oven stopped maintaining an accurate temperature. Oven would initially heat to proper temperature, but randomly, the oven would stop heating and would get cold. Quite a few meals ruined. Now, after 2 more months the ignitors on the stove won't stop clicking, indicating a short somewhere. Then 2 days ago the oven stopped working entirely. We took off the front cover and one of the wires to the valve for the oven is shorted out and looks like it came from the factory not properly wired. Shame, because it was a great unit at a good price with excellent features. Update: now the door hinges are failing and the hood has also started to fail. This item is a piece of garbage. Do not waste your money.

    We love this unit. Accents our kitchen beautifully. When oven is being used the front of the stove gets quite hot.
