Oven only came with one oven rack which is extremely inconvenient to a large family like ours. I tried to check with Amazon to confirm I wasn't just missing a rack as opposed to it actually only being meant to have 1 to begin with but they won't answer they just asked me to do a full return and I'm not returning su h a heavy awkward item over a missing rack. I contacted the manafacture by email and phone 2 weeks ago and as yet have heard nothing.
Otherwise the oven is working well and does a great job.
