    So far it works fairly well, but in the span of a few weeks, we've had a LED go out, both valves for the high-BTU burners failed and the overall fit and finish is really poor. Customer service is downright awful, sending wrong parts and not wanting to rectify the situation. Every issue requires a video call so a technician can dismiss your concerns despite clear evidence.

    The oven temperature management is a lot better than my previous Bertazzoni which turned out to be junk as well, but I don't expect this range to last. Which is pretty disappointing for a $3000+ piece of equipment.

    We remodeled our kitchen and upgraded to a 6 burner, 36-inch gas range. We loved our 30-inch 4 burner Viking, but we think the Kucht is built just as well and the oven seems more even.

    This is an updated review based on owning a unit for several years. The stove looks great and offers excellent temperature range and precision.

    Unfortunately, the stove doesn't stand up to cooking over time. Many components are plastic, and others are poorly manufactured. We've had to replace burner igniters, had the oven light switch crack in half (!), and had our oven igniter out. Customer service is polite and apologetic, but can't force management to order out of stock parts. Our oven hasn't worked for months, and no timeframe for new parts is forthcoming.

    I recommend avoiding the brand, not based on looks and day to day functionality, but on longevity and inability to repair.

    Absolutely love the looks and build quality and the wife loves how it works. Burners are amazing and the grates are very heavy duty. The manual could use some more details and polish and be careful with the width measurement as it a true 36 inches where most comparable products are closer to 35 3/4. The telescopic oven racks work great but could be a easier to move up or down. Would absolutely buy again!

    Pretty, but Junk! Had it for 3 years. S.S polished parts easily scratched. Top of the griddle made from very thin metal and it warps every time we use owen. Did I say using owen? The broiler ignitor burned after 1 year, just when the warranty expired. They sent me the wrong part and then could never arrange for a proper one. Recently, the baking function stopped. Pretty knobs, looking metallic, turned out to be plastic. All warped. A Chinese made junk! Where is FTC when we need it?!

    Please don’t buy Kucht. Also Home Depot should be ashamed they carry such a pos!!!!! Oven nearly 100 degrees off. They won’t fix it even though it’s brand new.
