    We have a really nice high end dishwasher that broke recently. Unfortunately fixing it was not in the cards and replacing it was not possible right now. This looked like a great option for in the meantime. Straight out of the box nothing was damaged and the dishwasher appeared nice. When we went to set it up we quickly realized that the pipe size was 3/8 and most standard pipes are 1/2. After a quick run to the store for an adapter we were in business. Installation went off without a hitch from there. I do feel like if they were going to be shipping these to the US they should include the adapters but that is just me.
    Moving on from there we tried running a few cycles. All the cycles were tried so far worked great. Our last dishwasher had some issues with the soap tray opening correctly but this one opened like a dream. The dishes came out sparkling clean every time and we put some seriously dirty ones in there to try.
    The listing claims the dishwasher is quiet. While the initial start up is really loud the dishwasher runs incredibly quiet. Like quiet enough you can barely tell it is running.
    Inside the dishwasher the slots for the plates and bowls seem really close together but they do fit most standard plates. The bottom rack has a handle on it which makes it really easy to pull in and out while you are loading or unloading it.
    Overall it is a no frills dishwasher. It works, my dishes are clean.

    We had a super old dishwasher that didn’t work good and I wanted to replace, so I decided to give this one a try as it was available as a promo. We had it installed two days ago but a plumber. Installation was difficult but I think that was due to us having an old and poorly built home and the plumbers having to fix things before installing the dishwasher. Once that was done though it seemed like it would work fine.

    Ok, so we’ve run it twice, once on a rinse cycle, and once on the heavy duty cycle as I put some rather dirty dishes in it to see how well it did with cleaning them. The heavy duty cycle with the extra dry feature on took 2.5 hrs. When it was done the dishes were still entirely soaked, so the dry cycle apparently did NOT run, despite the 2.5 hr run time. Also the detergent compartment did NOT open, and my dishwasher pod was still inside. So my dishes didn’t get washed with soap ????. The extra dirty dish I had put in DID come out clean, so I was happy about that. But really not happy that none of them were washed with soap, and that I had to towel dry every single piece as if they had just come out of a tub of water. I’m also concerned that the dishwasher being so wet inside since it didn’t dry will make it easy for mold and mildew to set in.

    The dishwasher itself is very cheaply made, the door has a lot of wiggle to it, the drawers inside the dishwasher do not slide easy at all and are pretty fragile. The top rack which I guess is for cup lids is super difficult to slide back. Not at all making for an easy and quick loading of the dishwasher when you have to stop and finagle the drawers each time you need to close one. It’s a slight improvement over the one we had, which was probably 65 years old and gross and orange inside from decades of bad water. But this is NOT a high quality dishwasher at all and I’m afraid I’ve made a mistake in getting it. Unfortunately it’s not a mistake I can financially rectify any time soon so I will have to deal with it. I will be reaching out to the warranty department immediately to address these concerns. But even if they fix the problems with the drying feature and the detergent door not opening, it won’t fix the cheapness of the parts. The metal is thin, we couldn’t even put on the front footer at the bottom because it kept rubbing against the door and bending when you opened the dishwasher. Metal shouldn’t bend like silly putty! And I’m not happy that the door doesn’t sit straight and has so much wiggle to it. Hopefully it will last long enough until I can put some money aside to purchase a tried and true name brand dishwasher. My advice, give this company a wide berth.
