    I just went to YouTube to install.. Had to replace it.. I had to move the refrigerator because we were doing kitchen remodeling.. And I think it twicked the bottom hose slow leak.. So far so good.. Can't beat the pri¢e????.. If not saved the old piece just incase, plumbers tape might help around the hose?.. But everything working and no leaks ????

    This part was almost perfect. It needed a slight modification which was accomplished with a tiny twist. The ice maker intake valve is now working and there's no leak

    Our Whirlpool refrigerator had a small leak at the water valve intake connection. I ordered this part and it was a perfect fit. Our leak has stopped, so it took away our issue and saved us a ton of money. The only reason that I did not give this a full 5 stars is because the water pressure is much slower than our original part from the manufacturer. Now when we press button to release water it takes a long time to fill up the cup. That is the only beef we have with this replacement water intake valve. I wish I knew how to increase the speed on water release.

    I received a "new to me" refrigerator that had a broken water valve. I looked up the part number listed on the old water valve and found this one on Amazon. Under $20 fix and it works perfectly!
