    This is an excellent product for the money! Makes plenty of ice for occasional glass fills; it will serve to fill multiple glasses for dinner and such. Another thing that is quite obvious, is the noise level is a lot lower compared to other unit(s) we've purchased. Well worth it folks!

    I have a love hate relationship with this ice maker. I LOVE it because I love having ice. I don't have a fancy fridge that makes ice and often we run out of ice because no one fills the ice trays. This little gadget makes ice in about an hour and keeps it going. The first ice cubes that come out are kind of slushy looking, so you have to be patient to wait a little longer until they come out like pellets. As the ice melts it remakes more ice so it's a constant flow of ice. The light turns red when you need to refill it with water which is nice. Drawback of it is its loud. It's the same nose level as a more quiet microwave - which is still pretty loud. It's not a constant noise, only when it starts to make more ice. For that reason, we decided not to keep it on the counter and only to bring it out when we have company to use as an ice bucket essentially. Alternatively, we had hopes that we could use this to make like a week's worth of ice and dump it into a bucket into the freezer, however the ice pellets stick together when you do that. The ice is not frozen enough to not stick together. So if that's your purpose in buying it, don't.

    Going to start this feedback with I love this ice maker to death! This ice maker is compact, easy to get to both tanks to clean, high quality finish (feels fancy), not nearly as loud as my two other ice makers, makes ice really fast, the on/off/cleaning button is super responsive, the ice are about 3/4 of a cm little cylinders, and I can go on and on and on because it's such a wonderful ice maker. Been using it on and off to make 5-10 lbs to store in my freezer with my reverse osmosis water filter and it's been just an absolutely joy.

    I can't scream this loud enough but I HIGHLY recommend this ice machine. I haven't had to reach customer service for any issues so far so can't attest to how good that is. And seriously I'm not bias in any way. I already have two working ice machines, I literally ordered this thinking it can't beat my other nugget maker... This is so much better and smaller.

    I really love this. It definitely comes in handy. It doesn’t take much to set up. You just set it up upright before your first use very easy instructions. You filled with water ideas sterilize my before I use it. I always sterilize anything before I use it. I cleaned it wiped it out very good. It comes with easy to re-instruction in about maybe 20 minutes at the most and you will get nice little crush ice. I love that is not big. I love the little cubes come in. This is so perfect. It’s very useful and it comes in handy. Like I said all you do is need to feel the instructions are very easy filled with water and in about 10 to 20 minutes you will have a couple of ice. It makes several cups of ice. If plugged up for a while it will make ice. It also comes with a nice scoop so you can scoop the ice out I definitely love this item and I will definitely recommend.

    This is a decent ice maker, I have one built into my fridge but I like to chew ice and this keeps me from breaking teeth! It does a decent job, I haven't had to try and clean it yet but I haven't needed to. The ice does melt pretty fast so it's not something that you want to just leave turned on as it would wear out quickly. I just turn it on when I'm going to be home all day and I have ample ice for myself and the rest of the family. It does seem a little spendy, but it's quiet and works well so I'm happy with it!

    I like the size of the ice nuggets They're small and easy to chew. It was easy to get the machine set up and the included instructions were clear and easy to read. So far I haven't had any issue with the machine lasting It seems like it's pretty durable. The amount of ice that it makes at one time is perfect for two people but it does melt fast The machine constantly makes new ice.

    This ice maker is nice. It makes the good crunchy nugget ice. It makes quite a bit over the course of a day, which is plenty for the average family. I like the texture of the ice, and how quickly it makes the ice. It's easy to add water to it, and easy to clean as well. I like how it has the handle on it, which makes it easier when moving the machine.

    I love this ice machine, it is so easy to set up. It is quiet and works really well. Very easy to clean which is a great bonus for me. It fit perfectly beside my coffee machine on the shelf, it fills up pretty quickly and the ice has lasted a long time in my cups. I am overall really happy with this ice maker. The included scoop is perfect size to load into my 40 ounce tumbler.
