Okay.. Where should I start?!
We bought this oven because it was VERY beautiful; stainless steel, had a "restaurant kitchen look", burners looked really pretty too. We were so enthusiastic about this range, we practically could smell those yummy cakes, cupcakes, pies etc etc we were dreaming of baking in this pretty "italian design" oven + stove.
Now time to get serious. When we got it delivered there was a big layer of nasty grease on top, hours and hours of rubbing sweating and screaming could not get it off. Went to shop where we bought it and had to buy some Grease remover; worked.
The biggest problem was the oven. No light indicator that says it is on the right temperature; our own stupid fault for not paying attention while buying it. We put in 2 different thermometers and both of em said something else. When put on 300F, the first one would say 350, the other one 375. When put on 350F, the first one would say 400 and the second one 450... Really?! So baking was a disaster,
Everything was undercooked after the "theoretical time" and even after cooking it more (like an extra 5 minutes) it still was undercooked on top and seriously burnt at the bottom. Stove repair person came and replaced the burners inside the oven, still the Same problem. This repair man, god bless his heart, thought it was a normal thing that the temperature of the oven knon was 35F off, and our bought thermometers were just not accurate. Our thermometers now show different temperatures EVERY time... Almost like someone is playing a game with us. We are so over this piece of Crap, after 6months trying and hoping. Time to throw this garbage away.
